Report Share Oui c'est toujours le cas, dans la fenêtre "gestionnaire audio HD realtek" lorsque je branche mes écouteurs dans la prise jack, le gestionnaire détecte que quelque chose est branché sur la prise jack. Le son n'est plus dirigé vers les hauts-parleur mais aucun son ne sort des écouteurs. Hormis ça, le son fonctionne correctement lorsque il est envoyé vers les hauts-parleurs. Car il ne faut pas oublier que c'est le système d'exploitation qui permet le fonctionnement du matériel par le biais du pilote. Report Share Bonjour, j'ai moi aussi le même problème que les autres, à savoir que mon pc portable ne détecte plus mes casques / écouteurs. Voici ma config J'ai déjà essayé de mettre à jour les pilotes, de les réinstaller, de désinstaller le pilote realtek que j'avais et d'installer le pilote audio de ce site à la place, j'ai aussi essayé le dépannage de windows, il ne détecte pas de problème. Tout marchait ce matin, mon pc détectait mon casque, puis je l'ai débranché et rebranché et à partir de là il n'a plus rien détecté, est-ce possible que le problème ne vienne pas d'un pilote mais de la prise jack, qui serait endommagée ?
